A message of support for the Fortnum and Mason 145

With the court trials for the Fortnum and Mason 145 ongoing from the 9th of May, we at No Sweat would like to send a message of support to these protestors who acted in accordance with what the policing body was requesting - a peaceful and non violent protest.

On the 26th of March, at the TUC March for the Alternative, 145 protesters were arrested after they peacefully targeted the tax avoiding Associated British Foods which is majority-owned by Fortnum & Mason’s owner Whittington Investments.

Lured into the store with the pretence of an agreement by the police, the protesters were then lured once again, into the back of a police van to be charged.
