Topics:

Despite overwhelming student support, Stanford University has still not committed to adopting a policy that would ensure that their licensed goods are not made in sweatshops.

On May 22 students occupied their President's office to demand that the university affiliate with the Worker Rights Consortium and adopt the Designated Suppliers Program.

the University's response was swift and brutal - all 11 have been arrested and need your support.

Email President Hennessy today to demand that Stanford drops the charges, listens to its students and stands up for the rights of workers.
