The Campaign Against Climate Change has called a demonstration against the closure of the Vestas wind turbine factory in the Isle of Wight, supported by Workers' Climate Action.

Gordon Brown has promised to create 40,000 Green Jobs in the next 5 years. The first step towards this would be saving the 600 jobs at Vestas that are under threat.

Demonstrate outside the Department of Energy and Climate Change, and make the government take notice!

They are attempting to mercilessly crush an uprising against police atrocities and the seizure of land for the establishment of a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) by Jindal Steel Works, an Indian multinational.
